Please leave a comment that describes a photo that has crossed your path over the last week. It could be any still photographic image, from a magazine, an ad, a newspaper, a family album, a flickr, etc. Try to e one that stands out more than the others, one that held your attention longer. It doesn’t have to be your favorite or the best one. We are bombarded with images all day long and I’m wondering what images are stronger than the flow and can hold our attention a bit longer.

I’ll start: I spotted a BeBe billboard will driving around yesterday that stands out. I don’t normally like fashion photography but this caught my eye. Maybe it was the context that made it stand out (in front of the court house) or maybe the bright pink background contrasted the gray rainy day. I still wouldn’t say that it was a great image, and I’m sure I saw many better images this week, but this is the one that stands out when I think back.

I’ve been digging on this site lately. Works like this: you put up a list of books that you are willing to trade and then a list of books you want and when there’s a match, BAM. The more, the better so spread the word.
